Enjoy a special evening with fine dining, superb wines in a beautiful ambiance with great service. Ever wondered how things go in the kitchen?
This evening you will be in the middel of the action with live camara feeds from the kitchen where you see the two chefs and their team in action all from the comfort of your chair.
October 24, 2009 TASTES AND TEXTURES
Food is all about tastes and textures, this evening over 10 different tastes and textures will be presented in a free flow format. Gone are the tables and chairs and you will explore the various serving stations where elegant mini dishes will be prepared right before your eyes. Wines are served and of course Champagne is available. Light and sound are an important part of this great evening.
Full menus discriptions for both evenings are available, please send an email requesting more information. Charge is $ 125 per person per night including all wine and drinks. For both nights: $ 230 per person.
